I ordered the Bob Drake 14 gallon repro fuel tank for my 41 Ford pickup and it only has one opening for a sending unit (I didn't think that through before ordering). I think there is enough room without affecting the baffles to open up a second hole, but I'd like to find something that would work without modification. So I thought I'd ask you guys if you've come across anything that works in these tanks for a fuel pump and sending unit in one piece.
The motor is a 2000 5.4L V8 from an F-150. The tank opening is about 1.75 inches, and the depth is about 7.75 inches below the opening. I could mount an external pump but I worry about the noise. Anyways, thanks for any advice at all!
