5th wheel ball mount removal - can the ball just be removed
I am wondering if the actual ball can be removed from the 5th wheel mount that I have in the bed of my F250. Or does the whole unit need to be removed and a cover put in its place?
Does the whole thing flip over? Seems like it’s bolted to the bed.
It has been a while since I looked at mine but the plate is now under the bed. Mine is different from yours so I would just take it off and see what your mounting options are for under the bed or perhaps you might want to go with a cover.
