351W/Clevor in a 83 F-150

I might have a line on an already built 351 Clevor. What I want to know is what am I looking at in terms of putting it in a 83 F-150 that has a 302 in it already? With the Cleveland heads Im sure I will need to change out my headers. Will the accesory brackets from the 302 fit on the front of the clev/or seeing as the bolt holes in the heads are the cleveland heads and not the windsors? Im thinking the motor mounts from the 302 will work fine. the motor also comes with a C-6 tranny so I know I will need a new yoke and possibly a longer or shorter drive shaft? Any recomendations or assistance will be greatlt appreciated!

Probably have to modify all of the accessories that mount on the heads. Definitely the exhausts. Motor mounts are on the block so no change there. Header availability will be next to nil.
