2000 e350 pcm code RCU0 with Hydra chip
Shifts fine and pulls like a train!
No blinking od light.
Cruise and brake lights fine.
Confirmed with ForScan that tcc will apply 100%.
It locks and no slipping when od off but in overdrive lock does not hold.
Converter is new triple clutch with extra low stall.
Tranny rebuilded couple years ago with sure cure kit.
Stock converter lockup was slipping only when pushed.
I have issue that pcm voltage is somehow reading something between 7-16v..
Obd port reads voltage correct.
No pcm voltage issue when stock converter slipped.
New batteries and operating voltage is normal,but pcm reads voltage incorrectly.
Tried to search for converter locks only when od off/third,no results..
Anytime I have a fault like this I deprogram and start fresh. If it bounces right back, drive on the problem. If it clears.........easy fix. Question is, if it returns a pulled code will say wonders.
BTW, when the guru's pulled your trans apart, did they re-torque your VB feed bolts. I've seen alot of posts, not identical to yours, but close where the VB was torqued to spec, but the feedbolts were ignored. See what ya see.
Make sure your fuse panel area under the dash is dry as well as the firewall and north above that location. If your taking on water thru your wind screen. It will do a chaotic dance with the electronic components. Look for wet carpet.
Cables disconnected for overnight..
Had windshield just replaced,and when this started weather was dry.
Have to study about those VB bolts..

Yes, we are. I'm all buttoned up waiting for it to leave the Bahamas and do something. The current models say it's going to stay at sea and we will just get some rain and wind. I'm eight miles from the coast. I should be fine.
Fix was...There was no fix.
It was part of the pcm "learning" after new batteries and starter.
Finally after driving with chip in stock position like without shoes=sukkasillaan in finnish,i mean sooo easy in the skinny pedal..It started to use lock also on OD!
Had some hesitation on lockup PWM in Extreme tune but seems to lock correctly for now..
Was jump started multiple times with old batteries,maybe that made pcm confused..?
Before it has "learned" how to shift and lock in about 10 miles..
Still have condition that pcm sees low voltage,only 8volts last trip..
