Best wiper switch replacement options?

Well, after putting the switch in my 66 F100 (Shrek) back together 2x, it finally went kaput, single speed, 5 blades on back.
Looking for best way to keep stock ****, are there any good alternatives out there?
Thanks
Joe

C3TZ-17A553-G .. Single Speed Wiper Switch - 5 terminals / Marked: C3TB-17A553-G (Motorcraft SW-722) / Obsolete

1963/66 F100/600 & N500/600.

This switch is very hard to find, no Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any, none on ebay.

A member with a 1965 F250 Good Humor truck used a 1963/66 Econoline single speed switch w/5 terminals (C3UZ-17A553-C).

Another member tried it, couldn't get it to work. There's only one available, and knowing the source as I do (former parts guy pal), it's probably been sold.

You could convert to intermittent wipers, some members have done this. Type a thread asking how.

Here is a write up on doing the intermittent wiper retrofit, but you need to start with a two speed wiper motor......

I suggest you consider swapping the entire system to two-speed, as I did. (I sold the one-speed switch and motor to a forum member.) If you do the swap to a two-speed with factory parts, you must use the two-speed system's crank arms as they are specific to that system and are slightly different lengths left and right. Once you have the two-speed system, the intermittent feature is a very easy and simple upgrade.

1961/66 F100/1100: The single and two speed wiper transmission arms are the same. See 17540 in parts catalog pic (part numbers: C1TB-17540-A & C3TZ-17545-A).

I'm assuming the two speed motor is if you have a low and high on your switch? If not, can you buy a two speed motor from another Ford model?
