Hi everyone stripping the truck down for sandblasting and can't see to release the headlight switch or ignition cylinder. Any advice on how to remove would be appreciated. I have been looking for a button but must be blind as I just don't see it? Only have these two pieces left to remove.

For the headlight switch


while holding down the button (round metal thing in middle of switch) to release the **** shaft, pull the ****/shaft out completely




then one can unscrew the retaining nut

 

For the Ignition switch:

From behind the dash, push the entire switch toward the dash to compress the spring, then turn the bezel about 1/4 turn CCW. The switch will then come out behind the dash.
