will '57 grill/headlight housing fit '60

i am still in the process of getting all the pics together for the gallery. does any one know if the headlight housing from a '57 will fit the front of a '60 f-100. like i said before i want to french in the headlight housing and that large dogbone will be a pain to wrestle with. i figured the smaller one piece from the '57 will be easier to handle. then put maybe a late '40s early '50s merc. or even early '50 f-1 grill teeth in the space between th lights. if any one can help with this problem i would appreciate it.

Front ends are indeed interchangeable, however headlight buckets for each year of '57-'60 are different.

In other words....
You can put 1958 headlight buckets on a 1959, but it won't work if you're planning on keeping the '59 grille.

Not exactly sure I understand what it is you are trying to do, but I hope this helps to answer your question.

thank you for the help. what i want tjo do is take just the headlight housing from the '57 and french it into the area of the old headlight. i am going to fab a grill for the middle.
