Clearance (roof top) lights

Are the factory clearance (roof top) lights wired in series or parallel?

They are wired in series.

If I recall correctly, they have a dedicated relay too.

You're welcome.

On second thoughts, I need to clarify this.

True series means if a bulb is removed, say the middle one, the end two after that one would not work.

I actually think that a bulb can in fact be removed without cutting power to the others. That would be parallel.

Ok, in summary, in series supply to the lights, but the lights themselves are in parallel.

OK, after some thought that does make more sense to me, the parallel wiring, otherwise if one bulb burnt out all the other bulbs would lose power, much like the string of old time Xmas lights from years past lol.
