I am replacing the rotors on my 2011 F450 (same as an f350 DRW, DANA 80 rear axle). I need any of the torque values that I can get.
I didn't have any luck with search, too many different answers.
Mainly spindle nut setting, rotor to spindle bolts caliper mounting bolts, and drive axle to hub bolts specs would also be nice.

I started working on the front first. I pulled the calipers and the calipers housing. I sprayed with penetrating oil, tapped with a sledge to loosen Them up. Came back later and put bolts through the holes on the spindle for the housing. I then tried to tighten the bolts to break loose the rotor. I heard a loud snap and the whole assembly came off as the axle nut and threads on the axle sheared. I ASSUMED the front were the same process as the rear as the setup I got from Summit Racing was just rotors and pads. What can I say? Sometimes I am a dumba$$. I am a structural Ironworker that dabbles in mechanics and ends up costing myself a LOT of money over the years. This is the setup I got from Summit.
