Midfifty Panel Rear Window Seals don't fit?
Has anybody purchased P-3132: Panel Rear Window Seals from midfifty?
Mines don't fit. Too big.
I don't know if it's a bad series or just my bad luck.

Stupid question. Is the glass the correct size? It looks too narrow

I'd email that to Midfifty and let them fix it for you...

Yes, did that before posting here.
It's very frustrating to get an incorrect part when you've paid overseas shipping and import duties...

Make them pay all the expenses, it's not your fault the parts aren't what they are supposed to be..I can understand your frustrations, I'm in Canada and it gets frustrating and I'm a lot closer than you..

Could somebody with a 53-56 panel truck measure me the rear glass perimeter?
Mine is 54 inches. Midifty says it should be around 57".
Thanks!

Why not post a pic of your doors and I bet the guys that know those trucks will be able to tell you if they are original or off year replacements

He does have the correct doors on his panel and they don't appear to be chopped . Post number 8 in his thread shows the back of his panel

Thanks John, that's bad news.
Bad, because if my old glass is incorrect, I've had bad ones made.
I've got measurements from midfifty from their aftermarket glass.
Their values are yellow, my numbers are green.
Looks like I have glasses smaller in every dimension.
However it's got a FoMoCo logo and I've removed it from the barn door myself.

Zola, I don't have a panel truck so I can't offer advice but all I can do is give you sympathy. Wow. Those doors look OK to me and the windows look OK too, to a a non-expert.
Is it possible to cut your glass rubber to the right size then fuse it with some adhesive?

The piece of glass I have also has the Ford logo stamp on it and the measurements in yellow are the same as mine

Yes, that would be one solution, but I'm afraid that it would separate sooner or later.
