I shared a link of my 6.7 with 10w-30 CJ-4 using the IOLM to dictate oil changes. In my experience with my truck and duty cycle the IOLM is very conservative.

Highway driving its usually around 10,000 mi., my winter commuting is short trip 90% of the time and the IOLM backs down to 7,500 mi.
I have a 3.31 rear end and according to the owners manual this interval is to be expected.
