June 2017

June is here!
Schools are letting out for the year. The summer weather is here. People are planning and getting ready for vacations. I love the summer time!!

Here is a hint: Just because in your mind you still think you are in your 20's your body is not. I went knee boarding behind the boat last weekend. I could still do it but was so sore for 2 days.

I am in my early 30s and even I feel like I am wearing out . The truck is semi done hip hip hooray! I just need to build a fan should out of a kit I got from summit. What's a good way to cut aluminum? I need to cut a hold for a 10 in fan. Also, have any of you ever driven with a stall converter?

TGIF !!
I vote for a jig saw too but a welding shop might be able to cut it for you for close to nothing.

We got a transmission job in on a big dump truck. Scott and I can knock these things out fairly quickly and it's not as bad as it sounds.

I do now. Warranty pays 60 hours and we can have it out and in and usually have about 8 or 9 hours left over.

I went to the Home Depot last night and got some pine straw for the flower beds. I also got an LED light to replace a junky light fixture in the wife's laundry room and a motion flood light to replace one that quit working. It seems the little things to do around the house add up quickly if I don't keep on it.

You got that right!!

Got all that stuff done and then built my wife a new chicken coop for her chicks. Then spent some time with the family in the pool and hot tub.

Pretty much was a lazy bum today. Took a nap, watched the race, looked at the Disney web site for a little bit, wife swears I need an intervention. I have to book our fast pass reservations on the 25th of July and our magic bands should arrive the first week or so of August. I looked at motorhomes on the net but won't get serious till next year after the cruise.

Under normal circumstances yes but not right now, just window shopping. Looks like I am buying my daughter a car after the Disney trip so I am trying to hold off on a motorhome till next year.
