Bluetooth skipping/pausing/unpausin when streaming music or youtube from phone
The best way to describe this is as if it was pausing and unpausing but only happens when I play music or play videos from my phone with Bluetooth but when I'm on a phone call or playing music off of the SD card , USB drive or CD player it's fine no issues. I have done a factor reset on my phone and the nav/head unit , I also unplugged both batteries and for the hell of it removed the fuse and nothing worked .... Help this is driving me crazy Thanks Oh my truck is a 2015 f350 Lariat with the Sony navigation system. P.S. it's not my phones Bluetooth because the Bluetooth works GREAT on my other devices at home . Thanks again
Have you considered the streaming of the songs or video is exceeding the band width needed via bluetooth? Try using a USB cable to connect phone to truck and see if the same results.
If you're still having the issue, you might consider power-cycling the unit. Find the keep-alive fuse and remove it for 30 seconds or so. (On my '14 I think it's 31 in the passenger kick panel fuse block. If you don't have to reset the time, memory stations, and Bluetooth afterwards, you didn't find the right fuse.)
