1965 f100 custom cab two layers of steel on cab floor ?
i need to replace a portion of the metal on the exterior underside of the cab floor pan under the drivers feet. Where it is rusted through, there is a second layer of painted metal that shows through that is in the inside of the cab. So, there are two layers of steel. Is this factory or has someone done something prior? it all appears to be stock. I was going to order the pan through LMC but am not sure now which part I need.

I think the floor pans are single layer on the slicks, at least my re-pops were. Depending on where your rust hole is, might you be seeing the front cab mount metal? Maybe post a pic if you can?
