I don't know if its common, but its certainly not rare. Ive read about this happening to a few people on another forum I'm a member of. These were 5.0 trucks. Which engine is yours?

5.0 seemed strange because my friends started to leak then cleared up after a while then mine leaked and that was the end of that tee

Do you guys have part numbers or a link to a good exploded view of it?

Mine's leaking and all I can find is an upper hose part number.

Apparently it's pretty common, mine drained the reservoir tank(3/4 gallon or so) the other day. I called brandon ford here locally and immediately after I described where the drip was (right beneath the intake) he finished with the black Y piece before I could tell him. Mine is leaking from the side with the larger diameter hose that goes from the Y under the intake to the top of the radiator on the passenger side. I forget the part number but apparently it's on back order. If anyone knows the # please post as it's still intermittently leaking and I need it sooner as opposed to later. I'm also right at 55k. My 2011 5.0 had 68k without a drop leaked.
