Only '48s had the long running boards, as seen in the '48 brochure shown. This truck is either an original '48, or somebody put it together using a '48 parts truck.

Rather than slap me around, maybe somebody could direct me to the "proper" forum, so that I can move these trucks to someone who will appreciate them. No one has "slapped you around." This is the forum where we appreciate old Ford trucks, especially stock ones. We just want to help you put it at the correct place. Post it there with lots of pictures.

Re-read the site guidelines you agreed to when joining, and ask questions like you did here before spamming the site with multiple posts advertising your trucks for sale.
