No specific input on the chrome finish but I'd like to offer a tip:
Prep and paint the back side of the bumper gloss black. Chromers don't pay much attention to them because they are not generally visible.
The next time at a car/truck show, check the back sides and I bet over half will have signs of rust.

Are you going to paint the mounting tabs so the disappear against the rad support/radiator? Or are you going to leave them so they match stock?
Cool tip on painting back bumper. Sometimes things only make sense when they are pointed out. It is going to be really hard not to notice the backside of bumpers now.
