2008 Door Panels on 2001?

2008 Door Panels on 2001?
so today or tomorrow i plan on installing my new 08 door panels for my 01 crew cab
any tip or trick or advice you could give and help save me some time?
i figured id start with the back doors and then passenger and the the drivers door
or lead me to any good threads.
i know the 05-07 super dutys are almost plug and play but as far as i know the 2001s are nothing plug and play
and i got the new tweeters too, can i just wired those in with the speakers?
