First off, let me thank everyone. This site has been helpful for many years of owning Ford trucks and 1 pain in the backside Expedition.
Here is my issue. 2004 Expedition with the 4.6, about 9 months ago I had to replace the fuel pump along with the filter. A month later it would die on me going down the road. I figured out it was the fuel pump relay, so I got a fuse box from a local wrecking yard and all was fine. Until a week ago Saturday, got in it to leave and it wouldn't start. It would crank over but not fire. The next morning it started fine and I drove it a lot until Thursday when it would not start again. I tried to start it on Friday and it still would not start. Tried today and it would start, I think it may be the relay again. What do you guys think?
