2013 to 2015
Im in the market for a new to me truck. i'm looking at trucks in the 2013 to 2015 range. was just wondering if there is any big changes in those years? is it worth the changes to spend more money on the 15? and if so what did they change? all i know of is how they changed the turbos from 11-12 to a new one for 13.

yes the fuel filter housing under truck minor bs same truck overall and i am one of those people still puling 21 mpg 33.3 gears empty 6.7 lol watch the fight that will start at 12000 miles in three months never under 11 mpg pulling trailer about 12500

I would shoot for which ever has the lower miles in those model years.
Mine is a '13. I see no reason to upgrade based upon the changes so far.

If towing a lot, the added exhaust brake in the 15 is a great advantage. Night and day over the previous years.

Ford trucks look good. But I recommend you go for a Dodge Diesel 4x4. See my issues with Ford truck on this page. Many of my friends are transmission and diesel specialists who owns repair shop in San Jose California recommended me the same. But I used to have faith in Ford gasoline truck. Now I regretted buy any other Ford. Do your reseach in comparision between Ford and Dodge diesel before buying one. Best to talk to experienced diesel mechanics who have been working on Fords for a long time. Good luck.
