This truck is far from ready. Gathering parts right now. I don't get down there a whole lot, twice a year or so. I do some contract work at the Ms. Air Natl. Guard Base that requires Semi-Annual inspections.
I'm not sure when the next one is due, but it will be close to the October dates I see on the web site. I'll check next week.
My '47 is 47 3/4" between the front tires and 45 3/4" between the rear duals. They are pretty close. My '92 f350 cab/chassis is 58 3/4 between front tires and 47 3'4" between the rears. My '60 f350 dually cab/chassis is 55 3/4" between front tires and 47 3/4" between the rears. So the older trucks are much closer running without the outers than the new ones. Doubt you'd notice the 1" narrower each side.
