working on a 75 SB F150 I got a 4" lift from a coworker. I did not receive the drop bracket and his truck was scrapped.
What I need to know is the centerline measurements of the bracket to align the front end.. I do not know the maker of the kit if that matters, could probably find out though.
Just need to know how far to drop the locating hole.
Like I said, it's four inches.. Verified the measurement on the War Machine. I've got the BDS drop bracket coupled with a Superlift adjustable track bar.
Ok great thanks guys, now I just learned I need some of the stamped steel radius arm mounts for the frame rails. I have the cast steel which put the arms at quite an angle.
just peachy RRRRR! Whats next? Good thing its a project truck and not a DD.
Well maybe longer brake lines (steel braided), a drop pitman arm, change from the Y to T steering (?) linkage set up, and yes drop radius arm brackets negate the need for new/different C bushings.
Are you getting new rear 4" lift kit leaf springs with the lift or just stacking blocks on the back end? New longer u-bolts if stacking.
