wiring for a 79 f150

Does anybody have wiring diagrams for the inside and going back to the tail lights for a 79 f150 i got the wiring going to the back of the cab and I had to cut the rest when I took the box cause it was a night mare. Now i have a flatbed and got all the new lights done and need to connect them. And i could use a diagram for speakers, stario, ect

Welcome to FTE, lots of good people here.
Go here for a copy of the factory wiring diagram. The '79 is at the bottom of the page.

Sounds like you need to start on page 6.

Have you looked in here? I have the tail light wiring and flat bed tail light wiring. Also stereo wiring guidance. There is ALOT is info in here for you.

You mean like this?

Some like them, some don't. I didn't space it out far enough from the body, and it was difficult to step up into the bed because of it

One way to push it out might be some big washers

Yup, just like that. Even black. But i cut my ends on a 45° angle and am going to cap it with 16ga steel. Is that 6"?? is ur truck a mud truck. Why i ask is cause u bolted a pintle hitch to it. My mud truck i use a regular pintle hitch

Its an old picture of a truck I no longer have. It was 6" though, and I put the pintle on because I had it.

I got the tail lights working and got my dad to weld the bumper on.

Ok so I have collected a few words of wisdom from fellow FTE members and added some of my own thoughts and a saved diagrams over the years.

Had a slow Saturday on day and posted it all in one setting. I have it all saved on my computer in a pictures folder and a word doc sheet. That way you have quicker access to open and cruise if for help.
