z bar SBC 1940 Pickup
Before I hear grief for the SBC in the 40.
I bought the truck with that set up.
Any suggestions on a z bar that needs minor modifications?
Any Pedals that would make things easier?
It was set up with auto on the tilt column, that's coming right out for a hot rod set up.

I may go that way, I was able to trial and error only a couple of times with my 57 Chevy and BBC moved forward by a few inches. Just cut and welded the one side.
That said it does hit one set screw on the steering linkage ever so often.
Will grab my Speedway catalog for hydraulic options.
