now what?

I have a 93 f150 4.9l 5sp manual with 109000 miles and want more power than I have. So far I have built a dual cold air intake system, cut the exhaust off behind the cat and put a Flowmaster 40 series muffler with a down pipe in it. I have an MSD 6A ignition and an MSD tfi coil. I also made an egr block off plate, all of which have made a nice improvement but it seems like it should have more to offer. does any body have a better idea than what I have tried? I run 33 inch tires with 3.55 gears and that probably doesn't help but I just love to pass those low to the ground 4x4 trucks the call chevys. please help.

I read project mpg. what does that have to do with a 300? Unless my browser is screwed up that looks like a 460.

Unless a 460 operates on a different thermodynamic principle from 300, everything they found about tuning that engine applies to yours.
