Expedition 2001 4.6 Tune Up All Out , Need Advice

Hello,

Putting some money into a full blown tune up here want to maximize gas mileage. Make all new as possible.

Ill be doing a full decarbonization on the throttle body

I Just bought these items below. Will install next week. When they arrive.
PVC
DPFE Sensor
EGR Solenoid
EGR Valve
EGR FeedbackSensor
MAF Sensor
TPS Sensor
IAC Sensor
IAT
O2 Sensors
Coil Pack
Spark Plugs
Oil Filter
Air Filter

WHAT Else can i do engine wise to maximize the tune up...

The only thing you've not mentioned is to remove the injectors and have them professionally cleaned.

Good Point, Very good point missed that.

Is there any additive i can use before changing the spark plugs...

I think Chevron with Techron fuel system cleaner is still one of the best ones out. Not as good as having them professionally cleaned but should help. Not that it will help with economy but if you haven't changed the fuel filter in a while it's always a good idea.
