Horn Identification

The horn below is on, 1949 F4 firewall. Interested in any information about this horn; brand, type, does it work in conjunction with the stock horn or seperate button, what is the lever on the top for. The truck is 6v positive
ground.

I'm not a horn expert, but it sure looks like these on the front of this '37 owned by GB SISSON. That lever on top looks like it would be operated by a cable.

I had a horn like that on my51 ford 2dr hardtop (when i was a kid many years ago )it was like a fog hor that was operated by a cable & a lever inside,i would drive out in the country & use it some times the cows would come when i used it
