Programmer for 03 5.4L Expy??

Programmer for 03 5.4L Expy??
I am looking for a programmer to help with MPH and throttle response. I was thinking of a JET or a EDGE, has anyone installed one of these or any other programmers that they have seen good results for? If you have any bad experiences I would like to hear of those as well.

I have an SCT tuner from 5 star tuning on my 06 Navigator. Really woke up the throttle feel. It came with three tunes, towing, performance 89 octane, and 93 octane performance. Not to sure it helped with gas mileage but it sure feels better so I like it. Also has paid for itself a couple of time reading trouble codes and determining which coil was miss firing. On my 06 they were not able to tune the transmission because its not a ford product however yours the would be able to change firmness of shifts and shift points I beleive.
