Securing Visor Remote from breakin

I've searched the comments on this site, but to date found no answer to the following statement and question.

I have a 2005 Expedition and park it outside at night. It occurred to me that anyone could break the side window and use the remote on the visor to gain entry to my garage.

Is there a way to set this remote up with a code such as the door code on the vehicle door? I'm thinking of a sequence of button pushing to prevent a one touch action.

Thanks, Jim

No, you're better off having a light switch that turns the power off to your garage door opener. Or including the garage door in your home security system.

Thanks Mike. I'll set up a switch. So obvious and easy to do. I appreciated the quick feedback.
