Egr coolant system..orange coolant?

Hey guys quick question. So there is two cooling systems I'm pretty sure on these things are they both using the specialty orange coolant?

Nevermind I just looked at the sticker on the bottle. It's orange..

Yep, same stuff in both systems. Make sure you test both systems when the "Check Coolant" message pops up every 13,000-15,000 miles

Ford is using a OAT coolant in the 6.7L. Thats a new coolant that has not been used in previous pickups.

I see.. thanks for the info. Our shop is doing a frame swap on a 12 f250 and we want to make sure everything is correct.

To add to this, if you have the basic info center, this message will never appear.
Check it every 15,000.

It's not my truck. Just a customers at work. It is an insurance job though.

Can the frame be replaced from the rear of the cab back or is it one piece to the front?

One big piece minus the front coil spring brackets that don't come with it.

That's a lot of "stuff" to tear down and reassemble correctly.

Yeah its a lot. When the two frames are next to each other it goes smoothly though.
