Door lock actuators fix for the umpteenth time

Gentlemen,
I have been all over this site trying to fix my door lock actuator. There are some excellent pics here https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/4...-fixed-26.html but I am still baffled. I have the actuator out and it looks nothing like the pics and it seems like it is glued together. Check out the pics of my actuator and see if you can figure out how it comes apart to do the fix. I have already broken pieces of it off and it is a $135 part. Thank you. Jeff

just install aftermarket actuators. They are cheaper (less than $10), more reliable and easy to install. They can be connected to the factory lock motor wires inside the door too.
