The vacuum line in the above post is the exact line that was causing the problem. I was able to plug the leak and AC air began blowing out the front vents.
Unfortunately my problem is when trying to fix the line, it popped off somewhere near the firewall and I have no idea where to attach it back. Any help on where this line goes would be greatly appreciated. Pictures would definitely help since I am not completely familiar with the components in that area.
