The craigslist one looks to be priced much more in line...I just bought a 2008 FX4 fully loaded with luxury package and 110k miles for $17k from a dealer. Private party on a 2006 Lariat with comparable miles should be no more than $14k in my opinion.
It looks like the blue one is coming from an owner that has probably had it for some time, the other seems like he only owned it for a short period of time and the description is short and sketchy. You never know which is really the better truck, but I would definitely lean toward the blue one.
You are located in a big metro area. Should be able to find a killer deal there I would think. I am 90 miles north of Seattle and the deals are better in the city.
Just from searching on cars .com. It seems like deals can be had in mi and oh. I'm surprised prices are still high here since gas is high, but truck prices here are nuts
The blue one has less miles and cheaper. I personally like the color in wedgewood blue. Of course, need to actually check out by test drive, look at maintenance history if available.
The brown one has more miles and cost more. Again, it depends on test drive and etc.
I would lean to the blue one.
Any luck with the truck yet? Maybe you need to go old school and go to the dealerships and walk lots. Up here in WA, not everyone is on CL or cars.com.
