How much 2 stroke

How much 2 stroke oil is good per tank? What are you guys running

I sometimes put 2-3 oz. in with a 12-18 gal fill-up.

I put 1 to 2 qts in and never had a problem. Sure did quite the eng down. But lately I haven't put any in because there is a station nearby that still sells LSD 500 ppm.

When I do it, I add a gallon with each fill up...

But lets be clear, a fill up for me is 140 gallons...

140 gallons would make me weep like a baby.

When I left in september it was still LSD and had the sticker on the pump that says not to put in 07 or newer vehicles. I finally get back to the states tomorrow and I will get a pic of it if they still sell it. I think there insp sticker was due in november. It might be illegal to sell in CA but your state has all kinds of messed up laws.

It is illegal in all states. CA was just the first to do it.

CA required that all refineries import or produce fuel that is ULSD by 6/1/06
It was a federal requirement for refineries by 6/01/10.

They gave fuel stations time to switch over
CA allowed stations to sell LSD until 9/1/06
Federally stations could sell LSD until 12/01/10

Same here, i dump one of the those mini-bottles in my tank right after a fill-up. It seems to quiet my engine down. Even my wife noticed it and that's saying something.
