rear brakes locking up

rear brakes locking up
Hello, can anyone tell me. i have an '87 ford f-150 and i have replaced the power booster, master cylinder-- proportion vale on back axle -- had the system bled , new front and rear brakes installed -back drums turned -- After i drive on it a few days i will smell that famous brake pad smell and i know then they are not retracting . I am am at a loss on what to do?? The truck will not even roll down the inclined driveway in neutral ----- can anyone give me a clue on what to do?

is it solid metal brake line all the way to the drum? or does it have a rubber line in there?
if it has the rubber line in there it may be collapsing and not letting all the pressure escape... seen it more than once
