Truck Headliner in a Bronco

I did search and this has been asked numerous times, but nobody ever got a solid answer. Just that it "probably" won't work. Has anyone attempted this to see or not, it sure looks like it'd fit, but I don't have an F150 around to measure/check myself. Only issue I can see for sure is the rear trim piece on the trucks that would help hold it up, but I could find/modify something to fix that if the headdliner itself worked.

I would think it would fit, but I would also bet the length is different as well.

I would think it would be short based on the back area turning down the bak of the cab. Might look into an extended cab version.

Do they not make a Bronco headliner?

No they sure don't make one for a Bronco. You'd think JBG would hop on this chance.

I found on FSB that one guy found the 86 version to be a little short for his bronco. Not sure if they changed since then.

What exactly are you trying to replace here? The headliner material can be purchased at ANY fabric store. So if you have the fibre board that the fabric is attached to, all you have to do is take the old headliner down, pull the old fabric off, buy a can of 3M Super 77 spray adhesive, cut the new fabric to fit a little bigger than the board, attach it and put it back in the truck. Its not a difficult process. Not sure why you would need to worry about getting a whole new headliner if the fibre board isn't cracked or broken.

Without a tape measure handy...(I'm at the GF's)

I'd imagine the liner board is ~30-34" x ~40-47".......Give or take....

As for the rear trim piece....It MAY work..I sorta doubt it....As its actually curved slightly....It was just formed that way specifically....Worth a shot though.....

Edge...have you thought about making a heavy paper/cardboard template, then find a suitable "fiber-board" or "melamine-like" sheet to make one out of, then get some fabric as greystreak suggested?

I've thought about it, but I'd feel like im reinventing the wheel if the truck headliner works.

I cant imagine a standard cab headliner to work in a Bronco for reason stated earlier. The rear contour would prevent proper fitment to our cap trim. Look into an extended cab headliner then cut it short to fit...
