Loud rattle/knock
Guys
I have a loud rattle (almost deisel sound) on the passenger side of my truck that i was only able to hear when going through a drive thru im guessing cuz the noise bounces off the building. I found that if I am in neutral and hold the rpms between 800-1000 the noise is very noticeable. I dont think its the motor other than the typical cam phaser issue. Is it possible its the exhaust manifold? If so is it a difficult job to replace? How much would ford hit me to replace. Prob go with a new magnaflow exhaust if it needs replacing. I run sea foam on a regular basis so hopefully carbon buildup is not an issue. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Also truck has 69k well maintained miles and is 05 5.4
