2000 ranger 3.0 4x4 wont start
one day when i was driving to work my theft light started flashing wildly and the truck shut off unable to even crank over.
so i checked the starter and cylenoid with a multi meter and there was now power put a brand new starter and cyelnoid in and same thing no power but if u jump the theft system it will crank over.
ive tried about everything all fuses are good all sensors in senor box good, the sensor box is as well good, starter good, new battery, new plugs and wires, has fuel oil, cam sensor good, and other things.
so could it be the theft system will it just shut a vehicle off going down the road and if so could this be the problem and is there a fix or can i dissable the anti theft system? any help will be greatly appreciated!!

ok so i pulled the atm fuse panel to inspect the wires more thoroughly and went to turn the keys to the on position to stop the chiming sound and turned to far and it started to crank so now it had caught my attention. so i dissmantel some more stuff out of my way and jiggle the wires and i get more reactions so i looked up the power wires to the atm panel and all the fuses lit up when testing. so it turns up as red with light green so i guess they were coming loose from the panel box some how but still enough power to let the fuse light up when tested. so i pushed them backin and starts every time no problem. it was slot 19 in the panel which was the starter coil relay and pcm system. broke down 6 weeks but got it fixed!!!
