Brakes adjusting for 1987 f700

trying to back of adjuster so that I can slide the drum of and no go. Wondering if I am doing something wrong. Is there a valve that I need to crack to be able to move the adjuster screw. The only valve I see is the one on the spring. Sorry its the famous electric over hydraulic system.

There's no valve to release. Just the screw, like on a normal brake cyl. Ive heard there is a special tool, but I was able to do it with a small screwdriver.

You'll definitely need to release the spring brake before you try to back them off.. That would make it a bit tight.
