Ive been up and down this forum, through tons of pages, even tried searching for diffent topics but i can never land on the right thread.
Im looking into buying a new 2011 F250 King Ranch. Would be the long box version. Im just curious how much id be looking into spending after incentives on this vehicle. I am part of the military family and have access to the x-plan through my job. Everytime i build my Fully loaded KR on the website it throws me the 64-67k number. That number i believe to be MSRP if im not mistaken. I also think i know that invoice is about 3-4k under that price before incentives. So, With my fully loaded KR 250 PSD with msrp of 64k what would be final price with incentives if i wasnt able to hagle price at all? Im talkin moonroom, uplifter switches, navi, chrome package, 5th wheel, the whole works.
Any current incentives should be listed when you build the truck. If they aren't listed, then there might not be any right now. Call a dealer and ask if you're still not sure.
A and X plans aren't what they used to be. You might get near or just under 60k I'd guess.
You can then download the list of every feature and option with both the window stick and dealer invoice price.
I planned on ordering, so I built a spreadsheet of the features and costs. If you're buying off the lot, take the listed options and calculate the dealer cost.
There are some additional charges, such as delivery ($975) and advertising charge (depends on your state).
Offer the dealer the dealer invoice cost. Mine jumped on it.
I bought on 5/4/11 and I got the KR PSD for invoice minus $3250. There were $2500 in rebates and I had called Ford customer service and asked for a brochure on the F-250. The brochure had a $750 discount coupon.
Bottom line price was $58,897.16.
If you want to see my spreadsheet, send me a private message. I can't attach a file or screen capture to this reply.
Take MSRP, deduct freight and then figure 3% of that number. That'll give you the approximate holdback. Now take full MSRP, deduct 8%-11%, then deduct the holdback. That's a good starting point when talking to a dealer. You'll have to work up from there (before rebates) but this late in the 2011 game you might find someone willing to let one go.
I was king of hoping id get a couple KR owners to possible give me an idea of what they paid. i figured high 40's low 50's
There are a few price threads here that you can search. There are some KR owners in those threads.
High 40s isn't going to happen. Used 2011 KRs are selling for more than that. Mid 50s is more likely.
You say you have access to x-plan pricing. If so, first logon to THAT site using your credentials, then from there go to search inventory and find a truck that is close to what you want. It will display x-plan pricing. On average its seems to be between 4-5K off MSRP. there is a separate page that lists all available incentives for your area.
