Tis' a sad day
Saddest sight I've seen in a while guys, although I'm staying optimistic about this truck, it's been to the shop twice in 2 weeks that I've owned it...but in my heart I know Ford makes a good truck. My 78 hasn't given me any trouble in over a year and it's my DD, no reason an 06 diesel with a 1/4 the miles can't either. I appreciate all the help you all have given me, and cheezit, thank you. I'll keep it updated and let ya'll know what the outcome in case anyone down the road as the same issue. ![1st And Best](images/smilies2/fte1.gif)

Died while driving back from dinner. Was traveling about 70mph, started running rough and lost power, then died about 5 seconds later. Was able to get it started about 30 minutes later while waiting for tow truck. Ran rough, would not move under own power, then died. No re-start.
FICM tests good.
ICP tests good as far as getting oil pressure.
Thinking injectors or HPOP. We'll find out.

I'm in no way downplaying what you do man
I've actually contemplated it many many times, and still do, but I really need to finish my degree. I'm on the Army's 10 year bachelor degree plan ![Embarrassment](images/smilies/redface.gif)
My grandpa retired from being a Ford Tech, and it's something I really enjoy. I've been told many times by many people it's the direction I should go in, and when I finish my degree I still may.
Can I ask you a question cheezit?
One thing that has held me back, is once your hobby becomes your job, it is no longer your hobby. Has doing what you do made you less motivated to do it when you get home?
Thanks man, yeah, it's at least getting towed in style!
