Rough idle after driving aggressively

After aggressive driving my truck will idle rough for a minute or so then calm down and idle smoothly again. If I drive normal it never does this. Is this a problem or a characteristic of these motors? To add detail it idles like it would during a very cold startup.

My guess would be low fuel flow/psi causing fuel system to pick up air. Does it seem to cackle more during that time as well? Other with more know will be along later but maybe this will give u a bump.

fuel filter service, trash in tank (water, bad fuel) you shouldn't have this, so no it's not a characteristic on a stock motor.

Thanks. The truck came with new filters. I do not know the quality of them though. I'll try that. I buy fuel from the same place I always have and I have never had an issue in my previous truck with it. I'll check the UVCH.
