dana 60 knuckle/tie rod fix
My tie rod taper is wobbled out and the tie rod won't tighten. I have been looking around for a fix or trying to find a knuckle and I'm not having much luck. This is just on a plow truck so it doesn't have to be perfect, but safe. I thought about welding up the hole and re drilling? Any thoughts? anyone have a driver side knuckle they want to sell?

You have a couple of options. If you weld it up, you'll have buy a 7.15* reamer (1.5 inches per foot) and ream the hole out back to size.
Another consideration is to find an old chevrolet 4x4 pick up in the junk yard and use its tierod. But you'll still have to buy the reamer.
You could go custom and build a new tierod out of dom tubing or something and utilize chevy tie rod ends then all you would have to do is ream the wholes to the larger chevrolet size. You can even flip the tie rod so that it come comes from the top of the knuckle.
Also you could build a new draglink and use heim joints.
