I was wondering if there is another way to find out what the factory code for the keypad on the door is. When I bought the truck a while ago, they didn't have the code. Is it somewhere else on the truck, if so where?
look under dash at the security module there should be a number there and it should allow you to set the code to what you want do a search on this forum for the particulars.
Under the driver's side of the dash (a flashlight helps) and up past the fuse box. Look for a big white sticker with 5 numbers starting with number 1####.
