My tank arrived on Friday, 3 days before they told me they would ship it. I was out of town, driving with the mini tank that came in the truck, stopping every 4 hours for fuel and b****** that my new tank was not here yet. I received the shipping email on Friday morning. Like a kid at Christmas, I rushed to the FedEx tracking system to see when it would arrive. Tracking system said delivered!!!! Called home and stepson said "big box on porch". Guess we will be installing it later this week when we get home.
Small tank must be on the SB? I have a LB and its a 37 gallon tank. It makes a little sense that the SB would be smaller though. Its good that you have found a bigger tank to put on the SB trucks. Thats one of the reasons I didn't get a short box when I bought.

Correct.
137, 142 and 156 foot wheelbase trucks received the 26 GAL.
I returned home late last night to see the new tank, still in the box, sitting in my living room. Guys, the box is huge, almost 8 feet long and 2 feet square. Busy today but may get a look at it tomorrow.
Ya know... at first I thought you guys were nuts for wanting to install such a large fuel tank after the fact. I took my new truck out this past weekend with the trailer and now I completely understand! Stopping every 4 hours is really annoying!
I knew when I bought the new truck it had the 26 gallon tank but so did my old truck. I did not think it would bother me either. This truck is so much fun to drive and pulls my fiver so well I do not want to stop at 250 miles. I am about to open the huge box.

Let us know how the install goes. Hopefully my tank will be here by Friday. Did you order the skid plate?
No, I do not off road my truck and I was already choking on the price. FX4 was on the truck, I would not have ordered that option. I use the 4x4 in the winter to get around in the slippery stuff.
Let us know how the install goes. I'm interested in one and want to see how it affects the ground clearance, gauges, ect. Good luck on the install. Post some pics up!!!!!
