Odd thingy
I was looking under my truck today and noticed behind the rear bumper a license plate bracket and light. I know rear bumpers were not standard till the 80s but it seems odd that they installed this on a 96.
Anyone else got this?

My previous 95 XL was like that when my Dad bought it new. It did not come standard with a rear bumper. When he bought he we had to pick out a bumper. My current XLT doesn't have one, since it came with a bumper.

I knew that the bumper was an option for many years. I was under the impression that they were standard from the late 80s on though.
Just seen it and found it amusing.
