possibly a dumb question

I bought my truck with the lift already on it and have no clue what kind or more importantly why it sags in the rear like bertha is riding in my bed. My question is what is better to bring up the rear, blocks or should I add a leaf for the strength. I have a ten inch lift and maybe three to five of that is the stock blocks maybe from an f350 I'm not sure. Also I read on some websites the add a leaf is for stock springs, is this true and or where can I get them for a leaf spring with that much arch they are atlas springs also

Was it sagging when you bought it or since? Some people like the nose high look, why I don't know.
