Liftgate hinge cracked..

Liftgate hinge cracked..
I was looking around the truck (I was bored) and found that the top left hinge for the lift-gate is cracked. Has anybody ever had this happen and is it an easy remove and replace deal? Also, the lift-gate seems to be sitting low, the glass and frame does not line up with the glass and frame on the body, is there a way of adjusting it up some? Thanks for the help..
