Help diagnosing
OK I have an 03 Excursion 4x4 with a 6.0 approx 150,000 miles. First crank of the day this happens. Crank the truck engine has very low power. When accelerator is pressed to floor engine will rev to 2200 rpm and no further, billows smoke white, after holding accelerator down for close to a minute it will finally fully rev up. and run normally. Only codes was a cam sensor code, which has been replaced with no change.

White smoke sometimes means a leaking egr cooler which is usually caused by a bad oil cooler. Do you have any codes and what are your eot/ect temps? You need these 1st before checking for blown headgaskets.
