Can you give us some better information? What were you doing when all theses things happened? did they all happen at once? It sounds like you have a loose connection somewhere.

I dont think any of them are related.
They have been going one at a time over several months.
Fuses all good.
The lighter quit a long time ago and I tried to fix it.
Lighters usually work in vehicles forever and usually never quit?

Just start tracing the power wires to the components back until you find where the power stops. I would start with the cig lighter since it should be the easiest. With the # of things with a problem I would guess a fuse block problem.

Pull the inside fuse box loose and check the backside for moisture. Could be from raining or washes that water is leaking in from the windshield and getting the fuse block wet. Also while there, try resetting the GEM module. That controls your accessories and that could be going bad as well. You can try first to unplug it and let it sit for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in.
All of this of course is after you make sure all fuses are good.

If i got water in my window and it went in my window switches, would that cause a problem causing the relay for it under the dash not to receive power until about 30-45 seconds after I turn the key to the on position?

I wouldn't think it would. I do that all the time when I hit my wipers and the driver's window is open a little, (smoker). It drips right in on the switches and I haven't had a problem with mine. If you haen't already done so I would replace the relay first.
